ATX webinars provide visual instruction from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. Watch the instructor work live in the program on your computer as you interact over the telephone. Classes cover a variety of tax, accounting and software topics. Most webinars are two-hour events and all allow you to earn CPE credits.

ATX University™

ATX University is our web-based self-study option that allows you and your staff to work independently through lessons covering ATX usage and tax law. As the manager, you control the curriculum and get feedback on each learner’s progress. A great way to refresh your knowledge for tax season!


ATX TV

ATX TV is our weekly magazine-style video program available free on the Internet. These broadcasts highlight important features of ATX software, developments in the industry, IRS issues and other relevant topics. All programs are archived for viewing at any time at www.atxinctv.com.

ATX Learning Center

In cooperation with CCH® and Learning Center, ATX now brings you ATX Learning Center. Courses have been designed and written by the knowledgeable CCH staff and offer the opportunity to earn CPE credits from the comfort of your own office. A one-year subscription with access to almost 100 courses costs only $249. New User Orientation

At ATX, we set the bar for free, new user training. Within 48 hours of purchasing ATX MAX, you’ll be contacted by one of our friendly representatives to set up an orientation session. Orientation sessions are taught through small, group conference calls and offer a question and answer period at the end. The Customer Orientation team is dedicated to serving you through your entire install, setup and training processes.


Orientation Mini-Training sessions

As a value added service for new members of the ATX family, your dedicated Orientation Team is offering a series of mini-training sessions specifically for new ATX MAX users. These sessions are available for a nominal fee of $10 per person per class.

Please Note that your office must first attend an ATX Orientation session before participating in a mini class!

  • Customizing Master Forms - Learn the simple process of creating spreadsheets to use over and over again.
  • 1040 Return - Basic instructions for preparing individual returns in ATX. We’ll be using actual practice returns and ask that you follow along.
  • Depreciation & Selling Assets - Depreciation made easy, we’ll discuss asset entry, selling of assets and bulk distribution.
  • Communications - Step by step instructions for creating and sending returns and picking up acknowledgements. Learn by using our Training Electronic Filing Center.
  • Updating - This need to know process explained in detail, don’t miss this class.
  • Templates - Instruction on creating return templates to meet your business needs.
