To help you take advantage of these upgrades, we've developed a series of short videos called Quick Tips. Each Quick Tip is just a few minutes long and focuses on a single enhancement.

Week 6

Organizers
Customize the organizers you send to clients in advance of your initial meeting with them. Learn how to pre-populate both the simple and comprehensive organizers with data from 2011 returns or customize blank organizers for new clients.

Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down

User-Created Lists
In ATX you can create several types of lists and attach them to a form field. Create text lists or lists with corresponding dollar amounts as supporting documentation. Customize rows and columns to create the format you need on a per return basis, or export lists for use in multiple returns.

Backup Restore
ATX now automatically backs up your files and other critical pieces of data. You can also manually back up data and set your back up default location. Also learn how to restore data with a few simple clicks.

PRS
The PRS system allows you to complete returns on a pay-as-you-go basis. Learn how to select forms and prepare returns using the PRS system as well as track your PRS purchase history and purchase additional returns.
