PaperlessPLUS™ with Premier features
Take your paperless office to the next level by adding Premier features:
- Identify and sort a client's tax documents into one organized PDF file for easy viewing. Scan all of a client's workpapers at one time and the Premier Scan feature identifies the documents, arranges like documents together, and creates one PDF file with bookmarks to make each document easy to find. This is a huge timesaver if you use two monitors when preparing returns - one to display workpapers and another to display the tax return.
- Reduce data entry by exporting W-2 and 1099 data directly to the client's TaxWise tax return. PaperlessPLUS identifies most W-2s and 1099s and reads the data on the form. After reviewing the data, export it to the client's tax return. Scanning, review and export can be handled by front office staff, saving time for busy tax professionals.
- Set up new clients quickly. The program automatically creates folders for new clients when you scan recognized W-2s and 1099s.
