In September 2006, ATX was acquired by CCH, a leading provider of tax and accounting law information, software and services that has been serving professionals and their clients since 1913. ATX continues to develop, maintain and support its own product line. It is now part of CCH Small Firm Services, with more than 600 full-time employees in Caribou, ME, Ft. Pierce, FL, Rome, GA and Kennesaw, GA.

CCH purchased ATX in order to provide an affordable and comprehensive line of expert content and advanced workflow solutions to professionals in small-sized firms, as well as sole practitioners. We will continue to work toward that goal.
